Exercises used during the workout
You have done exercises taken from the Egoscue method of postural therapy, started by Pete Egoscue in the 1970s. They are also known as e-cises: Egoscue-cises or Easy-cises. Egoscue is a method of postural therapy that is individual, tailor made to the body of the individual, taking into account the pains, symptoms, personality and time schedule of the individual. The ecises are put together in such a way as to restore balance and function to the body, form an antidote to a sedentary lifestyle and reduce or remove pain symptoms.
This general workout is, of course, geared toward the ‘average’ person and is not meant to cure or relieve particular symptoms. If you choose to repeat this workout by yourself, always skip the ecises that cause you (more) pain. To work on your pains and symptoms we need to create a personalized routine written just for you. Please contact me for more information.
Getting access to the exercises
If you participated in the workout you will get access to the recording so you can do the workout again. But if you want to have the exercises for yourself I offer the following two options:
For 10 euros I can send you the PDF with all the exercises, in the order that we have done them. The PDF is in English with descriptions, fun facts and pictures of the exercises.
App for smart device
For 20 euros I can send you the exercises in a proprietary app that you can use on your smart device or in the web browser. The app contains the instructions, pictures, fun facts and also videos of all the exercises (all in English), as well as a handy built-in timer. See below for some screen shots. This is the same app that I used during the workout. It is your personal account with the Egoscue Method and can later be used for personalized routines if you want.

The Egoscue method is an individual way of addressing your symptoms by optimizing YOUR posture. The exercises you do are adjusted to your level of functionality, preferences and lifestyle. Herein lies the effectiveness of 94%. You CAN help yourself get pain free and back to doing what you want(ed), thousands of clients do it every day. But you have to do something – do your exercises every day. As little as 5 or 10 minutes a day will give you progress.
